FAQs

  • We generally put plushies and capsule balls inside the machine. Candy bars depending on size and shapes may work, but some odd shaped items may be harder to pick up.

  • The capsule balls we use are 2” and clear. For most of our events we put in a small paper note inside that would indicate the actual prize for the guests, or you could put fun activities to create an engaging experience for everyone. We offer the service to help you print the paper notes and pre-stuff the capsule balls.

  • A: Yes, we can help you with that. Please speak to one of our event specialists for assistance.

  • A: For plushies or small prizes: Keep them under 4” long and make sure they’re not too heavy or too flat; Plushies generally work best.
    A: For capsule prizes: Depending on the type of event you’re planning for. We have had clients putting prizes like a 2-night stay at hotel suite, flatscreen TV, massage appointment, etc. For corporate events, you can add your branded gear as the lower tier gifts so everyone end up winning something. Scratchers are also always popular and create another tier of engaging activity for everyone.

  • Each machine consumes up to 50W of energy, which is roughly .417amps or somewhere around a 60W lightbulb.

  • We generally set it to free play for unattended setups; and we set it to token based play for attended setups. We generally recommend the token based system because our attendant to use the tokens to help with crowd control so everybody gets a turn, or our attendant can make sure everybody wins something. The token based setup makes it more engaging in our experience.

  • Our current lineup of machines are all tabletop models. A regular 6ft with a linen would be sufficient for 2 machines and space for guests to leave their personal items, drinks, etc.

  • All the lights are built-in so no external lighting is required.

  • Regrettably they cannot be changed.
